Festival of Trees at the North Pole

I am luv'in the Festival of the Trees stamp set.  The punch makes it easy and convenient to use.  I used a little of a lot of stamp sets to make this card.  The More Merry Messages (Do not Open Till Christmas) is affixed atop the banner from the Hearts A Flutter stamp set.  Cherry Cobbler paper is the foundation for the card with the textured impressions perfect polka dot background.  What a fun and fast card to make.

Festival of Trees

This is my first Christmas card of the year.   I had the punch for awhile but the stamp set was on back order.  It certainly delayed my ability to make something with this stamp set.
The cardstock is Stampin Up's Garden Green as are the base of the trees.  The Stampin Up textured impressions embossing folder, Northern Fury was used as a backdrop for the trees.

Fussy Cut Eagle

I thought this eagle on a simple white background would make a nice going-away card.  The eagle is from Rubber Stampede and the statement is from Inkadinkadoo.  The slight texture to the background is created with the linen embossing folder from Papertreyink.  A simple blue satin ribbon and some embellishments complete the card.  The eagle and statement were stamped with Versafine, Onyx Black.  The eagle was colored with the Stampin Up water crayons.

Sumthin Sumthin

The Happy Hi Stampin Up set was used as the basis for a first birthday card.  The sumthin sumthin offered the perfect message with the word bubbles.  Although no longer available the water color crayons were used to color the stamp. Candy dots from the subtles collection offered the perfect accents.

Work of Art

Stampin Up's new Work of Art is so versatile.  Stampin Up's So Saffron and Island Indigo provided the perfect colors for a vibrant card on Naturals card stock.  The star from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack with a brad accent offers the perfect embellishment.  There is no limit to the use of the Work of Art stamp set.

Mixed Medley and Word Bubbles

We'll finish up today with a card highlighting Stampin Up Mixed Medley stamps (spiderwebs) and the word bubble.  Oh, and my favorite the Decorative Dots.  That should do it for today.

Ghosts and More Ghosts

More fun stamping with the Hampton Art stamp.  Stampin Up's Decorative Dots embossing folder adds to the whimsical nature of the card.  Stampin Up Word Bubbles worked perfect for the "boo" and the googlie eyes.

Not Your Normal Witch's Hat

Another fun stamp from the same Hampton art set.  More fun embellishments....a spider and a witches hat.   I am ready for Halloween fun.

Time for Fall Fun and Halloween Cards

Anytime I can stamp with friends is a good time.  Cards with cute embellishments just add to the fun.
The following card is just such a card.  The chandelier and bats are from a Hampton art stamp set.  The gemstones and googlie eyes add to the fun.

Along the Same Lines

Along the Same Lines is an old Stampin Up set from 2005.   The card includes something old and something new.  The primary color is Wisteria Wonder.  The designer papers are from collections, Just Add Cake and Everyday Enchantment.
